This is the IP phone or the adapter to make your regular phone correspond with your Nextiva telephone service.
Virtual PBX (Auto Attendant)
Using your telephone number(s) provided with your service and your extensions you create a Virtual Directory that allows incoming calls to navigate through your business. Allows incoming calls to select from the appropriate action to reach certain extensions or departments and is completely customizable to your business needs.

Customize your greeting and access your voicemail messages from your computer, office phone, email, or any phone also known as remote access.

This is the service and method used to contact 911 in case of an emergency. Please note that in the sign up process your contact address and information will be used to locate you in case of an emergency also please read the provided text by clicking the blue text that is located to the right.

Office Manager Web Portal
This portal interface is a web page that allows the main administrator to oversee and control all features and aspects of every phone in their entire business network as well as schedules, employee lists and credit management and every other feature that is included with your Nextiva service.
Employee Web Portal
The Portal interface is a web page that allows employees to manage all the options and specific features on their IP phone. Some of the features include voicemail, call history, profile scheduler and every other feature on your phone available with your service plan.
Password Protected
Provides security and privacy to your account by restricting access to anyone without the specific password per account and or individual user within a business account.
Voicemail Greeting Options
Within you have the ability to customize your voicemail greeting(s) by alternating greetings or browsing through and uploading personal greetings. Adjust your greetings to your personal preference and business needs.
Voicemail to Email
This feature mails your voicemail directly to your email inbox with the ability to manage those messages from there by listening, deleting, and forwarding your voicemails as well as a few other feature options.
Voicemail Remote Access
Allows the customer to access their voicemail for anywhere that there is phone or internet access. I deal for people that are always on the move.
Visual Waiting Indicator
Is an indicator, usually a blinking light depending on the phone that notifies the user that there is a voicemail in your mailbox.
Auto Attendant Features Day and Night Mode Schedule
Provides the ability to have multiple schedules according to business hours or holiday schedules informing the incoming calls of the appropriate information. This is done by alternating auto attendant features to the appropriate schedules.
Dial by Name Directory
Auto attendant prompt that informs the caller to dial either the first or last name of the person there trying to reach and the system directs them to the corresponding extension.
Virtual Departments
Allows the customer to create specific departments such as Sales that directs incoming calls to the appropriate areas.
Multiple Auto Attendants
Allows the customer to have more than 1 auto attendant. Ideal for holiday schedules, alternate business hours and so forth.
Import your Greetings
Allows the customer to browse through and upload personal messages and greetings that may be stored in the form of a WAV files on their computer.
Music on Hold
Music or recordings that incoming calls will hear if they are places on hold. The customer has the ability to insert interruptions such as promotional ads and choose the duration of the interruption. These are uploaded in the form of a 8 kbits or 16 kbits WAV files that are stored on the customer’s computer.
Hunt Groups
Assigned groups of extensions that all ring at once or sequentially when one specific number is dialed. For instance if the hunt group were to be assigned to sales, when that call is placed every sales phone assigned to that group would ring.
Extensions
Is a group of numbers that corresponds with a specific phone. This is how calls are directed to the appropriate phone and person.
Follow Me
This is a feature that allows the customer to program their number according to wherever there located. For example you could have incoming calls to your desk ring to your cell phone.
Conference Features 3-Way Conference
Allows 3 parties to be on one line all at the same time and all parties within this call all have the ability to communicate with each other freely.

Is an interface that requires a username and password given to the customer to access their personal account and configuration options for their phone. Without these you cannot access the account because every account is password protected.

Is an interface that requires a username and password usually given to the office manager and is where all of the information for your entire Nextiva phone service is listed and managed. This includes every user, telephone, and extension within your company.
